Happy, therefore healthy

I remember reading a few years ago about a study that claimed that people in a happy, fulfilling relationship are also healthier. Well, the article claims that married couples would be happier and healthier, but I’d assume the same goes for couples that are together for a longer time even if they’re not married. Since many people in this day and age are in a very long term committed relationship even if they never make it official.

Well, who am I to argue with science?

Happy accident

In Finnish there’s a saying (”onni onnettomuudessa”) which roughly translates to ”luck(y) in an accident”.

If you think something is important to you, but after listening to someone else, maybe getting some advice, you decide to change your opinion, are you a turncoat or just flexible in your thinking?

However we try to fight it, disappointment happens. People, things, life in general will disappoint us. The question is, how do you handle it?

He said it best.
Though I would include also that don’t be trapped by fear, pride or shame.

What is holding you back from doing things?
What’s holding you back from following your heart – or even from listening to it?
